Alan Pickert
Alan Pickert is a partner with Terrell Hogan and an active member of our Asbestos Team. He has authored articles in legal journals including Asbestos: Florida’s Silent Killer. Since 1991, Mr. Pickert has successfully represented more than 1,000 victims diagnosed with asbestos-related diseases, including mesothelioma and lung cancer, and more than 300 victims' families in wrongful death lawsuits.
He has negotiated settlements with more than 40 different manufacturers of asbestos products for clients who were exposed to asbestos while serving in the U.S. Navy or working in shipyards, paper mills, construction, power-houses, home renovations, and brake and clutch repairs. Alan has been involved with numerous million dollar results and was invited to join the prestigious Million Dollar Advocate Forum due to his success. His gross settlements and verdicts to date total more than $30 million.
